Sending the booking form is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. Dates are not held until we reply confirming availability in writing.

No payment is taken through this website. Any deposit or balance is arranged directly with us after the dates are confirmed.

Details shown for each property are kept as accurate as we can make them. Where something material changes before your stay, we will tell you.

Cancellation and house rules are agreed at the point of booking and will be set out in your confirmation.
