The valley's centre, and the easiest base if you are flying into Sky Harbor — most of the metro is inside a thirty-minute drive.

Old Town, golf, and the spring-training crowd. The busiest short-term-rental market in the state, and the one that books earliest.

Walkable, student-heavy, and close to the airport. Good for anyone here for ASU, a conference, or a game at Mountain America Stadium.

Quieter and roomier than the west valley, with quick access out to the Superstitions and the Salt River.

The tech corridor. Most stays here are people in town for work at the Price Road campuses, so midweek availability moves fastest.
